Lightroom AI Bridge is made by Speranda and is free to use. It is open source software released under the MIT license, and that license is what governs the code. These terms add a few plain words about how it is meant to be used.

Using Lightroom AI Bridge

You may use, copy, and modify Lightroom AI Bridge for personal or commercial work at no cost, as the MIT license allows. You need your own licensed copy of Adobe Lightroom Classic, and your own AI agent if you want one to drive it. Adobe's terms apply to Lightroom, and your AI provider's terms apply to the agent.

Your photos and your catalog

Your photos, your edits, and your knowledge base are yours. Speranda claims no rights over them and has no way to reach them: the software runs entirely on your Mac.

The software changes your Lightroom catalog when you, or an AI agent acting for you, ask it to. Those changes are non-destructive and appear in Lightroom's History, but mistakes are still possible, by the software, by an agent, or by Lightroom itself. Keep regular backups of your catalog, and review edits and ratings before you publish or deliver work to a client.

AI agents

An AI agent can misjudge a photo, misread an instruction, or apply an edit you did not intend. You decide which agent to connect, what you ask it to do, and which results you keep. Treat AI ratings and edits as suggestions until you have checked them.

Adobe, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Lightroom AI Bridge is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe or Anthropic.

No warranty

Lightroom AI Bridge is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as stated in its MIT license. It depends on Lightroom Classic and on AI services that Speranda does not control, and a future Lightroom update can change how it behaves. To the fullest extent the law allows, Speranda is not liable for lost edits, lost data, or any damages arising from using the software.

Changes

These terms may change as the software does. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
