Effective 1 August 2026.

Tabmory is made by Speranda and is free to use. These terms are short because the product is simple: it runs on your device and stores your data in your own iCloud account.

Using Tabmory

You may use Tabmory for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. You need your own Apple Account with iCloud, and Apple's terms apply to that account and to the storage your saved pages occupy.

Please do not use Tabmory to break the law, to bypass a publisher's paywall or access controls, or to redistribute content you do not have the right to share. Tabmory saves pages you can already read; it is a reading tool, not a way around access restrictions.

Your content

Your saved pages are yours. Speranda claims no rights over them, and has no technical means to read them: they live in your private iCloud database, which only your Apple Account can open.

Because Speranda cannot reach your data, Speranda also cannot recover it for you. Your saved pages are covered by whatever backup and recovery your iCloud account provides.

No warranty

Tabmory is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is a free tool and cannot promise uninterrupted service, and it depends on Apple's iCloud, which Speranda does not control. To the fullest extent the law allows, Speranda is not liable for lost data or for any damages arising from using Tabmory.

Changes

These terms may change as the product does. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
